Back to business – Safely and Responsibly

It is with great joy that the management staff of Governor’s Square Mall is preparing to reopen the doors for business.   Now that the effects of the public health crisis are starting to wane, government officials have agreed to lift the order that closed the mall and other businesses for many weeks.  The mall will officially welcome the general public on Wednesday, April 29. The mall hours will be 10 am – 9 pm, Monday through Saturday and 11am – 6 pm on Sunday.

We look forward to welcoming our friends, neighbors, merchants and visitors again.   They can rest assured that extensive steps are in place to make every visit a safe and healthy one.  The maintenance and housekeeping staffs are intensifying their efforts to clean and disinfect entrances, seating, play areas, dining tables, restrooms and all other common areas of the property.  This enhanced cleaning regimen will continue after the mall reopens.  At the same time, visitors may notice new signage and physical barriers to encourage everyone to practice safe-distancing and other healthy behaviors.   All mall businesses and patrons should strictly adhere to the government guidelines available at:  https://www.tn.gov/governor/covid-19/economic-recovery/retail-guidelines.html

While the mall itself will be open, some stores, restaurants and other businesses may be opening at a later date or with alterations to their normal routine.  Anyone who operates a business at the Governor’s Square Mall complex is urged to contact the mall office at 931-552-0289 or operations@governorssquare.net  to discuss reopening procedures.
