oversee publicity, promotional events and to act as a
representative to the public. Our mall managers and
marketing staff are active members of the communities they
serve. They create marketing programs that resonate in the
community, and establish relationships that extend far
beyond customers and vendors. Using our extensive research
capabilities and substantial customer database, we create
high-quality television, radio and print advertising,
website design and signage to drive tenant sales.
A Cafaro mall is more than just an
advertising medium, it’s an opportunity to create an
extended family that includes shoppers, merchants and
corporate partners. Through our Corporate Sponsorship
program, businesses are able to promote their good names
while underwriting amenities like children’s play areas and
relaxation stations. The same program facilitates the
efforts of non-profit groups like the Muscular Dystrophy
Association and Make-A-Wish Foundation. The result is higher
profile in the community, higher sales for our tenants, and
