ENERGY MANAGER
Seeking experienced candidate for the position of Energy
Manager. The successful applicant shall be have an electrical/mechanical background
with knowledge of utilities, contract negotiations, systems programming, fiscal
management, accounts payable, HVACs, fire alarm systems, emergency generators
and sprinkler systems. Will supervise 3 person team and monitor equipment at
multiple, remote sites. Overnight travel required. Should be familiar with Basic,
Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, Word, and EMS programming.

BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR
Qualifications include 2+ years HR Benefits experience with ability to handle sensitive employee issues and information. Knowledge in the HR areas of benefits development and design, 401(k) plans, State and Federal regulations (FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and other benefits related regulations), are required.
